To specify a particular set of foundries suitable for fabricating
your project, be sure to include a FOUNDRY (or FOUNDRIES)
parameter in your NEW-PROJECT, FABRICATE, or UPDATE request.
The parameter must specify on one line the list of foundries,
by their codes, separated by commas or spaces.

For example:

   REQUEST: FABRICATE
   ID: 741776
   P-PASSWORD: INDEPENDENCE
   FOUNDRIES:  HP, UTMC

A project for which a list of foundries is specified will
be fabricated only on a run fabricated using one of the
foundries specified.
