Our department, the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering
at the University of Kansas, would like to join the Test Equipment
Loaner Program.  We qualify as a non-commercial user, as we have
received an NSF MOSIS Educational Use grant.  Our primary need is to
support testing of TinyChips fabricated at MOSIS; the DSI Model 4100
should be adequate for our initial testing needs for Spring 1991.
